Once an issue has been reported, Knowlagent will assign an incident number and use this number to track the status of your request through resolution. Please have the following information available so that we can assist you quickly and efficiently:

  • Your name
  • Company name
  • Product
  • Ticket number
  • Describe the issue you are experiencing
  • Steps to recreate the issue
